Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Versify. Please check your inbox and spam folder if you do not see it.

If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at jfversify@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Order cancellations can only be requested before the item has been processed or shipped. Once the order is already on its way, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Versify ships customer orders from Singapore.

Standard shipping within Singapore usually takes around 3 to 5 business days after the order has been processed. Express shipping may arrive faster depending on courier availability.

At launch, Versify is focused on Singapore orders first. International shipping may be opened later when we are ready to handle overseas delivery properly.

Versify shirts are designed with an oversized streetwear fit. Choose your usual size for a clean oversized look, or size up for a stronger silhouette.

Our launch sizes are M, L, XL, and 2XL.

Size up for comfort and a heavier oversized look. Size down if you prefer a cleaner and more structured fit.

If your item arrives with real damage, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the damage is confirmed, we will refund the affected item and you may keep the damaged product.

Size exchanges may be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and the requested size is available. The customer may be responsible for return shipping.

If the wrong size was selected by the customer, we may offer an exchange if stock is available and the item is still in original condition. Refunds are generally reserved for damaged or incorrect items.

Wash inside out with cold water. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron inside out only and avoid ironing directly on the print.

Versify shirts are made from 100% combed cotton for a soft, breathable, and premium feel.

Our artwork is printed using DTG, also known as Direct to Garment printing. This allows detailed artwork to be printed directly onto the fabric.

Versify releases are intended to feel limited and intentional. Some pieces may not restock after selling out. If a restock happens, it will be announced through our official channels.

Chapter I is the first Versify release — a dark fantasy streetwear collection built around shadow, discipline, identity, and wearable art.
